long-orfs

Name long-orfs
Description

long-orfs is a part of the Glimmer package, for finding genes in microbial DNA, especially the genomes of bacteria, archaea, and viruses.

This program finds long open reading frames in the file named on the command line, eliminates those that overlap too much, and prints out the resulting coordinates to the standard output.
