Description

glimmer2 is a part of the Glimmer package, for finding genes in microbial DNA, especially the genomes of bacteria, archaea, and viruses.

glimmer2 finds open reading frames in the file named on the command line and scores them using the probability model in the file indicated by the second command-line parameter.
